My Story

I became passionate about psychology and working with children and teens during my college years. Since then I've dedicated my career to helping others. 

3 Things to Know About Me

  1. I have more than 20-years of mental health experience. I have been helping individuals, families, and children through short-term and solution-focused psycho therapy.

  2. I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist skilled at helping clients deal with a variety of issues from trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), autism, and parenting issues. 

  3. I’m a mom to three children ages 4-15.

Experience

Prior to launching my private practice I have worked in community mental health for over ten years with children who have severe behavior issues. I have extensive experience working with children between the ages of 0-5 through young adults.

Academic Background

I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
