The brain is a fragile organ, sometimes we need a little help repairing it

Chances are that you, a loved one, or someone very close to you needs help. Things are not how they used to be. Maybe something has happened. Or your intuition tells you that something is wrong. But you just don’t know what it is. Or maybe you do know what is wrong and are ready to get the help needed. Bottom line, you’re looking for answers to:

  • What is wrong?

  • Why is this happening?

  • Why am I not seeing progress?

  • Are things going to get better?

  • What can be done to make things better?

First, I just want to tell you that I’m glad you are here. Second thing I want you to know is that you’re not alone.

If I may, I'd like to help you

I’m an experienced child and family therapist. I specialize in helping children, teens, and young adults overcome behavior issues, trauma, depression, ADHD, anxiety, and OCD. I have helped dozens of clients with tailored and proven therapy treatments to meet their needs in  dealing with:

  • Anxiety

  • Autism

  • At-risk-behavior

  • Attachment & bonding mismatch

  • Behavior issues at home and or at school

  • Chronic aggression

  • Delays in reaching developmental milestones

  • Depression

  • Emotional outbursts

  • Family communication issues

  • Personal and family conflicts

  • Poor regulation of emotions

  • PTSD

  • Relationship challenges

  • Self-esteem issues

  • Sexual abuse

  • Suicidal thoughts

  • Tendencies to argue, ignore requests, and engage in annoying behavior

  • Trauma

  • Victim of a crime or witness

I've never met a person who has it all together. We all need some encouragement to find our inner healing strength

While it's tough to see it right now, things will get better. If you, your son, daughter, or loved one receives the right help, noticeable results with long-term positive change are within reach. I know that selecting a therapist takes time and selecting the right family therapist is an important step toward getting the help you and your loved ones need. I am committed to taking this journey toward mental health with you and ensuring you and your loved ones receive the highest quality therapy.

Unlike traditional therapy which historically takes a long view approach, my focus is to help my clients obtain results for specific goals we set together in as few sessions as possible. I would love to hear from you to explore how I can help you or your loved one.
